These terms

These terms govern your use of vantajets.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

They cover the website. They are not the agreement for a charter flight. Booking a flight through Vanta Jets is governed by the quote and charter agreement you are given for that trip, and by the operating carrier’s own conditions of carriage. Where those documents and these terms disagree about a flight, those documents govern.

Who you are dealing with

Vanta Jets is an air charter broker based in Walnut Creek, California. We are not a direct air carrier and we do not operate aircraft. Every flight we arrange is operated by a licensed direct air carrier that holds operational control of it. This is set out in full in our broker disclosure.

What a quote is

A request through this site is a request, not a booking. Submitting the form does not reserve an aircraft, hold a price or commit either of us to anything.

A quote we send in response is an offer to arrange a charter on the terms stated in it. It is subject to aircraft availability and to the operating carrier accepting the trip, and it lapses on the date it says it does. Prices for private charter move with availability, fuel, crew positioning and the season, so a quote is not a price list and nothing on this site is one.

No flight is booked until we confirm it to you in writing.

Information on the site

Aircraft types, cabin descriptions, photographs, ranges, capacities and timings on this site are illustrative. The aircraft that operates your flight is identified in your quote, and its specification is what applies. Photographs are not necessarily of the aircraft you will fly on.

We take care to keep the site accurate but do not warrant that it is free of errors or that it will always be available.

Using the site

You agree not to:

• submit a request in someone else’s name, or give contact details that are not yours to give;
• use the forms to send unwanted mail to anyone, or to probe our submission limits;
• attempt to gain access to any part of the site, its data or its infrastructure that is not open to you;
• copy, scrape or republish the site’s content for a competing service.

We limit how many submissions can come from one address or one connection in an hour. This is to protect people whose email addresses would otherwise be used by someone else, and it is not a judgement about you.

Your information

What we collect and what we do with it is set out in our privacy policy. By submitting a form you agree that we may contact you about your enquiry, and that we may pass what is necessary to an operating carrier in order to arrange your flight.

Our content

The Vanta Jets name, logo, written content and design are ours or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may read, print and share pages for your own use. You may not reuse them commercially without our written permission.

Other people's sites

Where we link to another site, including a payment page, we do not control it and are not responsible for its content or its handling of your information.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude warranties that are not stated here.

A flight is operated by the carrier, not by us. We are not liable for the operation of an aircraft, for a carrier’s decision to delay, divert or cancel, or for weather, air traffic control or airport conditions. Our responsibility is to arrange the charter with reasonable skill and care.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, opportunity or anticipated savings, arising from your use of this site. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes

We may change these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version in force is the one published when you use the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
