Vanta Jets is an air charter broker. We arrange flights on aircraft operated by licensed direct air carriers; we do not operate aircraft. The operator for your flight is named on every quote before payment.

The Vanta difference

A broker worth having

We do not own aircraft, and that is the point — we are free to put you on the right one rather than the one we happen to have sitting idle.

01

Every operator vetted

We fly you only with operators holding a current air carrier certificate, verified insurance and a third-party safety rating. Certificates and expiry dates are tracked, not taken on trust.

02

One advisor, start to finish

The person who takes your request is the person who sources it, sends the quote and watches the flight. No handoffs, no queue, no repeating yourself.

03

Transparent by default

Every quote names the operator, the aircraft, the tail number and the total cost before you pay anything. No opaque markup, no surprises on the day.

04

Answered in an hour

Most requests come back with vetted options inside sixty minutes. When a trip moves at short notice, so do we.

Aircraft

The right aircraft, not the nearest one

We source across every category. Tell us the mission and your advisor will recommend the aircraft that fits it — then name the exact tail on your quote.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Does Vanta operate the aircraft?

No. Vanta Jets is an air charter broker. We arrange flights on aircraft operated by licensed direct air carriers, who hold the air carrier certificate and exercise full operational control of the flight. The operator for your trip is named on your quote before you pay anything.

How far in advance should I book?

Most trips can be arranged with 24 to 48 hours' notice, and shorter is often possible. Peak periods, popular routes and larger aircraft benefit from more lead time. If your plans are firm, earlier usually means better aircraft at a better price.

How is the price worked out?

Charter is priced per trip, not per seat, so the cost is the same whether you fly alone or fill the cabin. It reflects the aircraft, the route, crew duty time, positioning flights, landing and handling fees, and any overnight costs. Your quote shows the total you will pay.

How do you vet operators?

We fly you only with operators holding a current air carrier certificate, verified insurance, and a third-party safety rating such as ARGUS or Wyvern. We track certificate and insurance expiry dates rather than relying on a one-time check.

Can I bring pets?

Usually yes, and often in the cabin rather than the hold — one of the more practical reasons people charter. Tell us the number and size when you request a quote so we source an operator and aircraft that allow it.

Which airports can I use?

Far more than the airlines serve. Private aircraft reach thousands of regional and general aviation airfields, which frequently puts you closer to your destination. Tell us the address you are heading to and we will suggest the nearest suitable airport.

What happens if the weather turns or the aircraft goes technical?

The operator is responsible for the safe conduct of the flight and may delay or divert on safety grounds. If an aircraft becomes unavailable, your advisor works to source a replacement. The terms that apply are set out in the charter agreement you sign for your trip.

How do I pay?

Payment is arranged once you accept a quote and the charter agreement is signed. Accepted methods and the deposit and balance schedule are set out on your quote.
